Lexi Ekema

Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Lexi grew up in Holland MI with a definite love for animals, especially cats. She lives at home with her husband and their many cats, lionhead bunny and leopard gecko. Lexi started her career as a technician in the spring of 2019 at one of the emergency hospitals in Grand Rapids. It was there that she realized her love for veterinary medicine. She has since moved on from the emergency hospital and found her way to Laketown Cat Hospital. She knew this would be the perfect location due to her love and passion for cats. Lexi devotes the rest of her time to doing anything crafty, but her favorite craft is cross stitching.
