None of us like to think about the time that our relationship with our pet will end, but it is an unfortunate reality. We spend years providing unconditional love and fantastic care to our pets. We want their last memories to be as pleasant as possible, and we want our last memories of them to be as positive as they can be.
Drs. Angela Palen and Adam Klomp both feel strongly about minimizing fear and anxiety in pets during their last moments and have seen a more peaceful end to the lives of some of their pets as well as others when they are allowed to remain in the comfort of their home during euthanasia. Some pets love their visits to the vet, some do not. For this reason, they provide an at-home euthanasia for dogs (under 100lbs) and cats.
