Appointment Policy

We operate primarily by appointment, but emergencies always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We value your time and will always make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, drop-off appointments may be requested. A ‘drop off’ means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Once the doctor is done, he/she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and your cats treatment options.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept cash, check (with certain stipulations), Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Visa.  We also accept “Scratchpay,” which can be useful for unanticipated expenses.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No private information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from Laketown Cat Hospital.
We recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who simply visit our site.
